CFO Mandala Mandala is a full service advertising agency dealing with clients on a national and international basis.  While we may  be small, we touch every platform and push technology to its' limits.  We utilize Mac's and PC's both in the server room and at our desks.  We contacted Tony in 2006 when we began designing a conference room for our new office space.  He came to our offices and worked with Scott, our IT consultant, and myself on several occasions to help sort through what was possible and what we could afford.  Tony put together different options and continued to tweak them until we had the best solution for us at the time.  When signing off o the dollars we were confident that our final configuration would be capable of expansion in the future, saving us money down the road. The conference room started out with a large monitor, a mini-Mac, plug-in capabilities at the center of our conference room table, and a touch screen control panel on each side of the room.  We debated whether to go with the touch screen control system and are happy we did since it presents a clean look and adds a professional touch to our client presentations.  We have a second conference wired and ready to accommodate changes when/should the need arise. Tony continued to meet with us as we moved from the architect's plan to construction to eliminate errors or oversights.  During the construction phase both Matthew and Ed, two of Tony's dedicated technicians, became familiar with many facets of our build out as we determined which vendors would be responsible for installing the backbone of our phone and IT systems.  They worked with us throughout the process and continue to work with us today as we determine additional requirements to enhance our capabilities.  They were capable, flexible, resourceful, and great people to work with.  They have gone above and beyond whenever we have contacted them with a problem - stopping by to do some testing or perform maintenance.   Tony's team has been working with us this year to make some of those enhancements we decided to postpone when doing the initial installation.  We recently added an arm to the monitor allowing us to rotate the screen for presentation purposes.  We are currently installing a permanent web cam to be used with our presentations and client meetings over the lines.  Obviously, working with a local company has allowed us to build out the room in this manner.

IT Manager Hooker Creek Companies, LLC I'd like to take a moment to share my experiences in working with Audio Visual Presentations. This last year Audio Visual Presentations was recommended to me for outfitting the conference rooms of our newly designed corporate offices.  I called Tony Sprando, explained our needs, and related that we were under a tight timeline.  They responded immediately and scheduled a walk-through of our facility.  They were friendly, accommodating, and professional.  They made several suggestions, and listened attentively to our needs.  When we had questions about compatibility with the lighting in one conference room, they brought out equipment and we tested it on site.  As a result, we ended up with a a system that fit our specific needs, not just a conference room in a box. Even though our timeline was aggressive, installation of our system was done professionally, correctly, and on time.  Matthew and Ed worked tirelessly to make sure it was done, and always had a smile no matter how late in the evening.   Audio Visual Presentations' attention to detail really shows up, though, in the end product.  The system was neat, clean, and performed just as advertised.  All three conference rooms were tailored to their differences, but had the same look and feel, making it easier for our presenters.  I have no hesitation in recommending Audio Visual Presentations.

In September, after accessing our needs, he put together a preliminary study that showed the best performance sound system needed to upgrade our church's sound. And at a price that was well within our budget. He researched and believed in the system he recommended. Upon completion of certain phases of work, we immediately noticed the overall clarity, and even tone through out the church sanctuary.
